The previous contract expired on Aug. 19, and talks had been underway since June. The two sides reached a tentative agreement on Nov. 6 and teachers ratified the new contract on Nov. 14. "This agreement allows us to move forward together, focused on our primary mission of providing the best possible education for our students."
