Article content A 29-year-old Windsor man faces charges after the sexual abuse of a 3-year-old child was livestreamed on social media. Officers with the Windsor Police Service internet child exploitation (ICE) unit began an investigation Friday after receiving a tip from the Toronto Police Service that a Windsor man had made and shared a child sexual abuse video on a popular social media platform. Police said investigators quickly traced the video to a local residence and identified the suspect. “Within two hours of receiving the initial report, members of the ICE and target base units located and arrested the man near downtown,” police said in a news release. “ The 3-year-old child involved in the abuse video was also identified.” The suspect, who cannot be named to protect the identity of the victim, has been charged with sexual assault, sexual interference with a person under 16 years of age, making child pornography, possession of child pornography, transmitting child pornography, and accessing child pornography. Officers with the Windsor Police Service internet child exploitation (ICE) unit began an investigation Friday after receiving a tip from the Toronto Police Service that a Windsor man had made and shared a child sexual abuse video on a popular social media platform. Police said investigators quickly traced the video to a local residence and identified the suspect. “Within two hours of receiving the initial report, members of the ICE and target base units located and arrested the man near downtown,” police said in a news release. “ The 3-year-old child involved in the abuse video was also identified.” The suspect, who cannot be named to protect the identity of the victim, has been charged with sexual assault, sexual interference with a person under 16 years of age, making child pornography, possession of child pornography, transmitting child pornography, and accessing child pornography. The Denver Nuggets, on the other hand, won the title two seasons ago and are still in their championship window. The two rivals meet for the third time this season when the Nuggets visit Salt Lake City on Monday night. Utah, which has lost three straight and has just seven wins in 30 games, is one of the youngest teams in the NBA but has tried to put together pieces for the future. The Jazz are also trying to develop their core, and despite the poor record feel that there is reason for optimism. Utah is coming off a three-point home loss to Philadelphia but won road games at Detroit and Brooklyn prior to its three-game skid. Coach Will Hardy is encouraged by his team's recent play. Cabinet minister Murray Watt said Friday's firebombing at Adass Israel Synagogue was an "absolutely horrific anti-Semitic attack" that all Australians, especially political leaders, should be united on. He also lashed Peter Dutton after the opposition leader accused the government of making Australia less safe for Jewish people. "Peter Dutton chooses to try to politicise it and divide our community, rather than try to bring us together," Senator Watt told Sky News on Sunday. "It looks like terrorism but that's a judgement that's got to be made by our domestic security agencies. "Whatever we label it, it is an absolute outrage, it never should have happened and the people responsible have got to be hunted down and pay a price for this."
