Prof. Okaba spoke further, “nearly all other ethnic groups within the state have benefited from these institutions, with some ethnic nationalities enjoying the presence of multiple federal and state institutions, including Universities, Polytechnics, Colleges of Education, Nursing Schools, and specialized Medical Schools.
