Release date: 2025 Rather than see you simply drop off your crops and gathered resources in a shipping bin like oh so many farming sims do, Sugardew Island tasks you with actually selling the items yourself via your own shop. By growing crops, tending to animals, and gathering resources, you'll see the island slowly fill with life. During December's Wholesome Snack, we got a look at the game's romance options, making us even more excited for its release early next year. Release date: March 2025 Set on an island haven in which yokai--or Japanese spirits--roam about, T ales of Seikyu follows you and your sister as you move into an abandoned farm house to start a new life. As you discover more about your ancestry and Fox Clan heritage, you'll unlock the ability to shift into different creatures that will allow you to protect your homeland. When not off turning into a giant boar, you'll also get the chance to farm, grow your ranch, cook, partake in festivals, and find a soulmate. Release date: 2025 The follow-up to 2021 indie darling Toem: A Photo Adventure, Toem 2 shakes up the original's top-down style gameplay by switching to a first-person view. The game's core concept, however, remains the same, and sees you traverse a whimsical, black-and-white world taking photographs and solving puzzles. As you do, you'll unravel mysteries, meet wacky characters, and learn to stop and appreciate life's little wonders. Release date: TBD Of all the cozy games on this list, Winter Burrow could very well be coziest--just look at the lil' mouse! The woodland survival game follows a mouse who moves back to their homeland after growing tired of the big city. Upon coming home, however, the mouse finds their old burrow in ruins and their aunt missing. It is then up to you to help them gather resources, knit sweaters, cook pies, and slowly build both their home and community back up. Sure, you have to fight off bugs, but I truly can't get over how cute the rest of that sounds. Release date: TBD The follow-up to the charming farming-sim Wylde Flowers, Wylde Society is a prequel that tells the story of former protagonist's Tara's great-great aunt Vivian. Whereas Wylde Flowers saw you manage a homestead, Studio Drydock's newest title focuses on socialization, as Vivian must navigate being a witch, a socialite, and the owner of a boarding house. With Bridgerton vibes, seances, magic creatures, and romance, Wylde Society already seems bewitching. Release date: TBD Upvote Leave Blank

Federal Minister for Finance and Revenue Muhammad Aurangzeb on Saturday said that the investment was coming into the country and existing investment was fantastic. He said that the economy of the country was moving in the right direction. While briefing the media persons after a meeting with Overseas Investors Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OICCI), the Finance Minister said that they talked about structural reforms, taxation, energy, SOEs, privatization agenda and had to move with them in cooperation with existing investors. Aurangzeb said that the government would only provide policy framework and policy continuity, which was important. He said that these companies would help the government in terms of joint ventures, privatization of SOEs. He advised the private sector to include a component of export in their investments. The minister said that the country had import-led economy owing to that they got into the balance of payment problem. He said that they could not be complacent in the wake of the SBP Investors Confidence Report. ‘Why do I say that the private sector has to lead this country,’ he asked adding that SOEs had caused Rs6 trillion of loss during last 10 years. Aurangzeb, replying to a question, said that investors were coming here and political stability was an important component. He said that the loss of Rs190 was being endured every single day due to sit-ins. ‘We have to collectively contemplate about it. We should build tolerance. When we talk about the Charter of Economy does not matter, which administration comes in,’ he said adding we all should be on the same page for a stable Pakistan. He said that petroleum volume had grown up due to curb on smuggling. He said that they identified illegal stations, which had been sealed. They had also issued warnings to shops selling illegal cigarettes. Answering a question, he said we were talking about the Agriculture tax with the Sindh government. More College Football RELATED CONTENT: Kickers are as good as ever these days, yet some of the NFL’s true standouts are suddenly struggling By NOAH TRISTER AP Sports Writer OWINGS MILLS, Md. (AP) — This is supposed to be a golden age for placekicking in the NFL. Try telling that to the fans in Baltimore, Philadelphia and Cincinnati right now. Justin Tucker, Jake Elliott and Evan McPherson — three of the more dependable kickers in the league in recent years — are in slumps that have reached a crisis point. It’s a jarring development not just because of what these players accomplished previously, but because this is an era when misses have become increasingly rare. “It’s certainly frustrating, especially when we know that these (Ravens-Steelers) games come down to the wire, like this one did today, that I let a couple get away,” Tucker said after missing two field goals in the Ravens' 18-16 loss to Pittsburgh last weekend. “But, like I’ve said before, the only thing that we can do is just get right back to work and focus on making the most out of our next opportunity.” A five-time All-Pro, Tucker has been a phenomenon for most of his career. His combination of leg strength, accuracy and clutch performance gives him a case as the greatest of all time at the position, and he’s stood out even as kickers throughout the league have raised expectations. Kickers league-wide have made 84.9% of their field-goal attempts this season. That’s down a tick from last year’s 85.9%, but still ranks among the most accurate seasons in NFL history. And on attempts of 50-plus yards, kickers are converting 71.9% of the time in 2024. Thirty years ago, that figure was below 40%. While the rest of the league has caught up to kickers such as Tucker, he’s also taken a step back. He’s already missed six field goals this season, and two weeks ago the Ravens had to overcome a missed extra point in the fourth quarter of a win over Cincinnati. “He’s going to get it figured out. We have coaches. We have technique. We look at the tape,” Baltimore coach John Harbaugh said. “He’s practicing well. He’s got to kick it straight.” Tucker did make a game-tying 56-yard kick against Cincinnati last month, in a game the Ravens eventually won in overtime. In that same game, McPherson missed a 53-yarder that would have won it for the Bengals. When McPherson came into the league in 2021, he went 9 of 11 from 50-plus yards during the regular season — then made all 14 of his field-goal attempts in the playoffs. He’s been far more erratic this season. With the game tied Sunday night against the Los Angeles Chargers, McPherson had fourth-quarter misses from 48 and 51 yards, and the Bengals went on to lose 34-27. “He knows to make those kicks,” star receiver Ja’Marr Chase said. “That’s why we paid him those bucks — to make those kicks in crunch time.” The Eagles are in a better spot than the Ravens and Bengals — Philadelphia has won six straight. But Elliott has given them a little to worry about. He missed two field goals and an extra point in a win over Washington on Thursday night. “We have so much faith in him,” Eagles coach Nick Sirianni said. “This team believes so much in Jake Elliott because of his track record and who he is and the teammate he is and the captain he is.” After earning second-team All-Pro honors last season, Elliott signed a four-year, $24 million extension in March. That was followed by big extensions for Cleveland’s Dustin Hopkins (three years, $15.9 million), Kansas City’s Harrison Butker (four years, $25.6 million) and McPherson (three years, $16.5 million). Elliott has missed five field-goal attempts this season, and Hopkins and McPherson have missed six each. Butker has kicked fine but recently needed surgery on his non-kicking knee. There’s enough time left in the season for some of these struggling kickers to steady themselves, and certainly their track records suggest that may happen, but for teams such as Baltimore and Philadelphia in particular, it’s highly likely they’ll be in the playoffs. And when that happens, the kicking game will be magnified. At the beginning of the season, few would have expected that the Ravens and Eagles would have any problems in that area. Now it’s a real concern. “He’s definitely our best option, and he’s going to make a lot of kicks — I really believe that — going forward,” Harbaugh said. “But it’s up to him. It’s up to him and the guys he works with every day to make those balls go straight.” The Associated Press contributed to this articleU.S. President-elect Donald Trump on Saturday named ally Devin Nunes, a former U.S. lawmaker who now runs Trump's Truth Social social media platform, to serve as chairman of President's Intelligence Advisory Board. Nunes, a longtime Trump defender who led the U.S. House of Representatives Intelligence Committee during part of Trump's first White House term, will remain Truth Social CEO while serving on the advisory panel, Trump said in a post on the platform. As committee chair, Nunes alleged that the FBI had conspired against Trump during its investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential elections in which Trump defeated Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton. "Devin will draw on his experience as former Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, and his key role in exposing the Russia, Russia, Russia Hoax, to provide me with independent assessments of the effectiveness and propriety of the U.S. Intelligence Community’s activities," Trump wrote. The President's Intelligence Advisory Board is a White House panel that offers the president independent assessments of intelligence agencies' effectiveness and planning. The government will provide an upfront investment of $5.9 million to enable SBS to start work on finding a site to expand its news and current affairs, multilingual audio services and screen production. Communications Minister Michelle Rowland said the new production hub would feature a TV studio able to host live audiences, radio and podcasting booths, collaboration spaces for talent incubation, and a workspace to support production output. 'Contradictory views': How Australians feel about migration and multiculturalism Once established, it would enable SBS to deliver approximately 360 hours per year of new first-run Australian screen content and 1,440 hours per year of original audio and podcast content — including multilingual content. Rowland said the move would create opportunities for local, skilled production jobs in an area where 40 per cent of the population are born overseas. An initial feasibility study focused on a full relocation of SBS from its headquarters in Artarmon, in Sydney’s north, but the government opted not to pursue it due to the significant cost. 'A fantastic vote of confidence' SBS managing director James Taylor said the funding announcement was "a fantastic vote of confidence by the minister and the government in the value of SBS, and the work we do in service of all Australians". "The board and I are delighted that the government has committed to supporting SBS to establish itself permanently in Western Sydney, which will enable us to bring even more distinctive stories to all Australians," he said. Rowland thanked the SBS board and management "for their initiative in proposing this exciting project" and said she "look[s] forward to working with them to bring it to fruition". "As Australia's dedicated multicultural and First Nations broadcaster and one of our most trusted news brands, SBS plays a vital role in promoting social cohesion," she said. "SBS connects with multilingual, multicultural and First Nations communities, including in Western Sydney, and is vital to bringing diverse voices to Australian audiences." Source: AAP / Lukas Coch SBS board chair George Savvides AM said that SBS' creation of content "content with communities, especially those who are under-represented in the Australian media, those communities feel more included in society". "With SBS turning 50 next year, what better way to celebrate than to expand our storytelling capability and infrastructure." "The SBS board is delighted at the opportunity to embed SBS within Western Sydney, and to keep growing SBS' contribution to social cohesion through community access to trusted, impartial media and even greater opportunities for local communities to be part of our diverse storytelling." Steps towards the west Scoping work for the Western Sydney project will commence shortly and include engaging with local and industry stakeholders to identify an appropriate site and a commercial expression of interest process in which parties such as local councils will have the opportunity to present options, Taylor said. "There will be a range of factors considered, including proximity to services and transport, and I will share more as we develop the details," he said. "This is very early days, and the first step is to complete the work required to identify the full costs involved for establishing the production hub and the additional content. We expect to kick off the project early in the new year and be out in market looking for a site in the first half of 2025. "I anticipate that we will be in a position to present a completed business case to government in late 2025, and following approval of the business case, construction of the facility would be ready to commence."

Release date: February 3, 2025 A colorful, sci-fi take on base-building and resource management games, Star Birds tasks you with helping your population of spacefaring bird survive by scanning and building upon nearby asteroids. 360-degree construction adds a fun twist to traditional base-building, allowing you to spin and tilt your territory as you pioneer the stars. When not upgrading your buildings, you'll also be tasked with taking on missions and solving mysteries that will ultimately unlock new technology and help your avian allies.

It has to be export-led growth.’ He said that every single entity of this country should contribute to exports. He said that markets were available for ‘Made in Pakistan’ products.
