mnl777 download for pc Long-time YES Insider Jack Curry mentioned on Hot Stove today that the Yankees have reportedly long-liked 1B/OF Cody Bellinger , whom the Chicago Cubs are looking to deal on the trade market. Owed $26.7 million for the 2025 season with a player option that he can pick up in 2026, the Yankees would be taking on an expensive player if they acquired him, but one that they believe could help their lineup. The left-handed hitting outfielder slugged 18 home runs across 130 games with a 109 wRC+ and .325 OBP. He re-discovered himself in 2023 with a huge campaign where he posted a 4.4 fWAR and 26 home runs across 130 games, and he can play first base or all three outfield spots if needed. Cody Bellinger Could Be a Trade Target For the Yankees The Yankees have a massive hole at first base not just because Anthony Rizzo is a first baseman, but also because of the fact that it was an abhorrent position for them in 2024. They had a league-worst.619 OPS from their first basemen, with a variety of options they deployed who didn’t stick for various reasons either offensively or defensively. Bellinger would be an upgrade over any of their internal options but the Yankees would need to find a way to lower his Luxury Tax hit. With a 2.2 fWAR last season and a 109 wRC+, Cody Bellinger didn’t play at a level that would warrant a $26.7 million price tag, but the Yankees could argue he would be a great fit for their stadium. If Bellinger played all of his games at Yankee Stadium, he would have hit 24 home runs instead of 18 home runs, and that might be enough to make his bat worth his price tag. Perhaps the Yankees would exchange money with the Cubs, offering a contract like DJ LeMahieu’s or Marcus Stroman’s, but there isn’t reason to believe Chicago would make that kind of deal. The Yankees could also try and just ask the Cubs to cover a portion of the contract to increase the prospect exchange between the two teams, which would benefit both New York and Chicago in this deal. For now the focus remains on Juan Soto, who Jack Curry believes could sign in the next 7-10 days as these sweepstakes start to heat up. (AP) — Josh Hubbard scored 14 of his team-high 25 points in the final 10 minutes and Mississippi State pulled away late to post a 91-84 win over a road-weary Prairie View A&M on Sunday afternoon. Prairie View A&M, playing its eighth straight road game after a season-opening win over a non-NCAA opponent, will not play its second home game until it hosts Grambling in the Southwestern Athletic Conference opener January 4. The Panthers have surrendered 100 points or more in three games and opponents have topped 90 points in seven of their eight road losses. Mississippi State (8-1), fresh off a dominating performance in a 90-57 win over No. 18 Pitt in the SEC/ACC Men's Challenge, got all it could handle from the Panthers. The teams were tied at the break at 44-44 and Tanahj Pettway hit from deep to give Prairie View the lead, 65-64 midway through the second half. The Bulldogs responded with a 16-2 run kick-started by a pair of Josh Hubbard layups and a Claudell Harris Jr., 3 and capped by a Hubbard 3 and a Jordan Tillmon layup to take an 80-68 lead with under five minutes to play. Hubbard hit 4 of 10 from beyond the arc and had three assists and a pair of steals. Harris came off the bench to hit 3 of 6 from deep to add 21 points. Shawn Jones Jr. scored 11 points, Michael Nwoko scored 10 points and grabbed 10 boards and RJ Melendez had 10 points. Nick Anderson led the Panthers with 21 points and four assists. Pettway hit 4 of 5 from deep and finished with 20 points while Marcel Bryant added 19 points, seven rebounds, three assists and two steals. By . . Ruud van Nistelrooy said he was “astonished” by the number of offers he received as a result of his spell as Manchester United interim manager as he plots how to keep Leicester in the Premier League. The Dutchman had four games in caretaker charge at Old Trafford – two of them against Leicester – following Erik ten Hag’s sacking at the end of October, but left the club when Ruben Amorim arrived last month. Van Nistelrooy, speaking at his first press conference since replacing the sacked Steve Cooper at the King Power, said offers had poured in. “What happened after the games and the amount of interest, the options that all of a sudden were there for me and the options that came along, I was a little bit astonished,” he said on Monday. “It was four games and I managed a full season at PSV (Eindhoven), was able to win the cup and the charity shield. I have been in coaching, in the (under) 19s and the national team (with the Netherlands) and it never got this reaction from the football world.” He said he had enjoyed his “intense” spell in the Old Trafford hot seat and had helped “steady the ship”. “I really enjoyed it, being responsible, creating a connection with the team, with the supporters and turning the momentum for the club for a little bit,” he added. Ruby's Room in Great Abington is run by its owner, Victoria Beckett, alongside her partner, who provide every visitor with a "warm welcome". The café is named after someone very personal to Miss Beckett. She said: "The origins of the name for Ruby's Room comes from my first daughter, who was stillborn, so it is an ode to her. It's quite a nice story of how we came up with the name." When asked what makes Ruby's Room stand out from other cafés in the county, Miss Beckett highlighted the good customer service and dedication to supporting other local businesses. She said: "I think it's the warm welcome you get, the sense of community, and the selection of high quality produce on offer. Everything is locally sourced and all of our meat is from local butchers. It's responsibly sourced and supports the local supply chain." In terms of the must-try items on the café's menu, Miss Beckett had a few recommendations for first-time visitors to Ruby's Room. She said: "Our sausage rolls have proven very popular. People are coming back for them and raving about them. We also get sourdough from the Loaf Tin bakery, which is a Wendens Ambo local business and is wildly popular. Or you should try our marmite and parmesan swirls." Some of the pastries and cakes on offer at the café (Image: Ruby's Room) Ruby's Room is selling a full breakfast and brunch menu alongside sandwiches, toasties, jacket potatoes, and soups on its lunch menu. For those with a sweet tooth, the café stocks a range of pastries and cakes all supplied from local businesses that can be enjoyed with a hot drink. The café also has its own deli that sells fine wines, cheeses, cured meats, and chutneys that are also locally sourced. Ruby's Room is also dog-friendly and offers free pup cups so no member of the family is left out. Ruby's Room can be found at 79a High Street in Great Abington. Cardata Announces Integration with Concur Expense to Optimize Vehicle ReimbursementGENEVA (AP) — World Cup sponsor Bank of America teamed with FIFA for a second time Tuesday, signing for the Club World Cup that still has no broadcast deals just over six months before games start. Bank of America became FIFA’s first global banking partner in August and sealed a separate deal for a second event also being played in the United States, two days before the group-stage draw in Miami for the revamped 32-team club event . It features recent European champions Real Madrid, Manchester City and Chelsea. “FIFA is going to take America by storm and we’re going to be right at their side,” the bank’s head of marketing, David Tyrie, said in a telephone interview Tuesday. Bank of America joins 2026 World Cup sponsors Hisense and Budweiser brewer AB InBev in separately also backing the club event, and more deals are expected after Saudi Arabia is confirmed next week as the 2034 World Cup host. While games at the next World Cup, co-hosted with Canada and Mexico, will be watched by hundreds of millions globally mostly on free-to-air public networks, the Club World Cup broadcast picture is unclear. FIFA has promised hundreds of millions of dollars in prize money for the 32 clubs to share but is yet to announce any broadcast deals for the month-long tournament. It is expected to land on a streaming service. “You have to think about how you are going to connect with these fans,” Tyrie told the Associated Press from Boston. “TV is one, sure, social media is a big avenue. “The smart marketing capabilities are able to say ‘Hey, we need to tilt this one a little bit more away from TV-type marketing into social-type marketing.’ We have got a pretty decent strategy that we’re putting in place to do activation.” Engaging Bank of America’s customers and 250,000 employees are key to that strategy, Tyrie said. “It’s going to be for our clients, and entertainment, it’s going to be for our employees in creating excitement. All of the above.” The Club World Cup will be played in 12 stadiums across 11 cities, including Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, N.C, and Lumen Field where the hometown Seattle Sounders play three group-stage games. European powers Madrid, Man City and Bayern Munich lead a 12-strong European challenge. Teams qualified by winning continental titles or posting consistently good results across four years of those competitions. The exception is Lionel Messi’s Inter Miami, who FIFA gave the entry reserved for a host nation team in October based on regular season record without waiting for the MLS Cup final. LA Galaxy hosts New York Red Bulls playing for that national title Saturday. Messi’s team opens the FIFA tournament June 15 in the Miami Dolphins’ Hard Rock Stadium and will play its three group games in Florida. “The more brand players you bring in, the bigger the following you have got,” Tyrie acknowledged, though adding Messi being involved was “not a make or break for the event.” The Club World Cup final is July 13 at Met Life Stadium near New York, which also will host the World Cup final one year later. MISSOULA — Another year, another Montana quarterback leaving the football team via the NCAA transfer portal. Logan Fife announced his intention to enter the transfer portal on Sunday, one day after the Grizzlies ended their season in the second round of the FCS playoffs with a 9-5 record. The portal officially opens on Monday, Dec. 9. Fife made eight starts and played in 13 games in his lone season at Montana after transferring from FBS Fresno State. He played a complete game just two times as he and Keali'i Ah Yat rotated for most of the year. He was the Big Sky Conference offensive player of week following his first start. He threw for 364 yards and five touchdowns in a 52-49 win over Eastern Washington on the road to begin league action. Fife, a fifth-year junior, completed 63.5% of his pass attempts (167 of 263) for 1,890 yards, 14 touchdowns and two interceptions. He carried the ball 57 times for 135 yards and five touchdowns. "First and foremost I'd like to thank God for the many blessing in my life and allowing me to continue to live out my dream," he wrote in a social media post on X. "I'd like to thank my family and friends for the endless support through this journey. I'd also like to thank my teammates and the city of Missoula for welcoming me with open arms in this past year. "With that being said, it is in my best interest to enter the transfer portal as a grad transfer with 1 year of eligibility remaining. I am extremely excited for what the future has in store." Fife saw his reps increase when Ah Yat got injured, first happening in the fourth game of the year against Western Carolina. He played the next three weeks while Ah Yat got only one series in that span. They split time after the bye week when Ah Yat returned, including in a loss to UC Davis. Ah Yat got his first start since WCU the next week against Portland State, but an injury led to Fife rallying the Griz to a win in the second half. That game included Fife and head coach Bobby Hauck getting into multiple heated exchanges on the sideline before they hugged it out. Fife played the whole game the next week in the regular-season finale against Montana State, a 34-11 loss. He started in the first round of the FCS playoffs against Tennessee State and wasn't pulled until he fumbled twice in the second half. He did not play in the second-round loss at South Dakota State. Following the 2023 season, Clifton McDowell transferred and ended up at McNeese State after leading the Griz to the national championship game. Sam Vidlak, who lost the in-season QB battle, also transferred and became a second-team All-Southland honoree at Stephen F. Austin in 2024. "Somebody will get a really good player and a great dude," Vidlak wrote on X in sharing Fife's post. "Hope you find the fit you deserve. Best of luck Logan." After the 2022 season, Daniel Britt entered the transfer portal. He had said, "I just felt I wasn't developing enough as a player in the QB room." Fife is the first-known Griz player to enter the transfer portal this offseason. Frank Gogola is the Senior Sports Reporter at the Missoulian and 406 MT Sports. La logique politicienne voire populiste ne sert qu'à polariser et à polluer un espace public qui a davantage besoin de sérénité, de bonne foi et de cohésion sociale. mnl777 download for pc Long-time YES Insider Jack Curry mentioned on Hot Stove today that the Yankees have reportedly long-liked 1B/OF Cody Bellinger , whom the Chicago Cubs are looking to deal on the trade market. Skinner was issued a warning after a diving/embellishment incident in an Oct. 22 game against the Carolina Hurricanes, the league said. His second citation, which triggered the fine, came in the second period of a 6-2 victory over the Rangers on Nov. 23. Skinner was being followed by Rangers defenseman K’Andre Miller as he had the puck along the boards in the New York zone. Skinner lost his footing and the puck despite minimal contact from Miller.
